Collection: Decaffeinated Coffees

All SteffenMarkkus Decaf coffees utilize the Swiss Water Process (no chemicals are used) to remove 99.9% of the caffeine.  This process is non-destructive in that it retains the unique flavors coffees, while transferring out the caffeine.  These coffees are seasonal, and for each roast level, we develop a custom roast profiles to ensure that they fully developed to maximize the unique flavors of the bean at each roast level.
