Espresso Blend — The Foundation
Purpose-built for the machine: rich, balanced, and deeply satisfying with notes of dark chocolate and caramel. It stands beautifully alone in a demitasse or disappears seamlessly into a flat white. The shot you come back to every morning.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe — The Wildcard
This one surprises people. Pull it as an espresso and you get something closer to a sparkling tea — delicate notes of black tea, peach, lime, and blueberry from a low-intervention washed process. It's a revelation for anyone who thought espresso had to be dark and heavy.

Vista del Oro — The Best of Both Worlds
Our most popular coffee holds its own as an espresso: bright and complex, with notes of berry, citrus, and dark chocolate. If you're looking for a versatile shot that works across every style of drink, this is it.

Freshness

Coffee is roasted to order. Once roasted, it ships out to you the following day.  This provides you with the most flexibility on how long to age the coffee before consuming it.  Flavor complexity is the highest 1-4 days off the roast date - espresso tends to exhibit a lot of crema at the beginning and is more predictable 5-7 days off the roast date.
