Grown in the lush highlands of San Martin, Peru, this exceptional decaffeinated coffee comes from a cooperative of smallholder farms nestled along the eastern slopes of the Andes at elevations around 5,400 feet. The region’s rich biodiversity—where old-growth forests meet misty cloud forests—creates an ideal environment for cultivating vibrant, high-quality coffee. Fertile soils and a deep-rooted farming tradition make San Martín one of Peru’s most important coffee-producing regions.

Certified organic and carefully decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, this coffee retains its natural character without the use of chemicals, preserving the integrity of the bean from farm to cup.

Brew Recommendations

We've dialed in the perfect brewing recipe for light and medium roast levels. Start with our standard 10g per 150ml baseline, then fine-tune based on your roast preference. Going for the light roast? Reduce the dose to 9g and grind a touch finer to coax out the chocolatey and silky mouthfeel. Prefer medium roast? Stick with the standard dose but grind finer to balance the chocolate, cocoa,  and citrus flavors, you will be rewarded with a thicker body and richer chocolatey finish.
