Single Origin Limited: Ethiopia Guji Region

Grown in the Mendero Mountains at an elevation of 6,500 feet, this Ethiopian coffee is from the Guji zone, a heavily forested region of Ethiopia.  This natural processed coffee is dried for 3-6 weeks (due to the high elevations and cold) and are raked almost continuously during the day to prevent spoiling.

We roast this coffee to reveal blueberry, dark cherry, licorice, and a hint of strawberry.  This coffee is excellent using all brew methods but is especially enjoyable when brewed with a French press, moka pot, and espresso.   This coffee is seasonal, with limited availability.
