El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve Decaf: Organic Swiss Water Decaf

This coffee is grown at high elevation (6000 ft) within the El Triunfo Biosphere, a protected tropical rainforest in Chiapas, Mexico, near the Guatemalan border.  This certified organic, fair-trade coffee was decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a reverse osmosis process that minimizes the loss of desired flavors without the use of chemicals.  This coffee has strong flavor of dark-chocolate and caramel with a nice sweet orange finish.  When paired with milk, it enhances the chocolate flavors.
