Ethiopia Yirgacheffe — East Africa
The benchmark for Ethiopian specialty coffee. Produced by smallholder farmers in the Boreta village of Sidama using a traditional washed process, this coffee is everything the region is celebrated for: notes of black tea, peach, lime, and blueberry, with a delicate and elegant finish. Classic, and worth every sip.

Chanchamayo, Peru — South America
From the high-altitude valleys of central Peru, this coffee is a study in balance. Bright and clean with notes of milk chocolate, subtle citrus, and a soft, rounded finish — it's the kind of coffee that works at any hour and never asks too much of you.

Pride of Lenca, Honduras — Central America
Named for the indigenous Lenca people of Honduras, this coffee carries real meaning behind every cup. Grown in the high mountains of western Honduras, it delivers caramel sweetness, notes of stone fruit and brown sugar, and a bright, lingering finish. A cup worth savoring.
